How does the echo.lu platform work?
echo.lu is the Luxembourgish website on which all events taking place throughout the country are published.
echo.lu is the Luxembourg website on which all events taking place in the country are published. All events in the national tourism database must first be published on echo.lu. Only then can the information be extracted from echo.lu and integrated into the national database. It is then displayed on the relevant channels, such as the Visit Luxembourg and Visit Éislek websites.
Before being able to publish an event on echo.lu, the organiser has to go through a number of steps, including creating an account, having it validated, and so on. Then they can publish their event. Fabien Madimba, marketing and communications manager at the Agence luxembourgeoise d'action culturelle a.s.b.l., which runs echo.lu, explains exactly how this system works and what to look out for when creating an event.
This workshop is for you if... you organise events and would like them to be listed on Visit Éislek or Visit Luxembourg.
The workshop is in French.
