The house is fully equipped on the first floor.
You'll find 7 bedrooms composed as follows:

There are also 6 bathrooms with shower.

N.B.: one bedroom is adapted for people with reduced mobility with a raised bed, and has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and a handle near the toilet and shower.

There are also 3 separate toilets, a kitchen with everything you'll need to cook up a storm, a dining room where you can share your meals in complete conviviality, and a pleasant living room.

And, to top it all off, there's a private pool, as well as a superb games room with table soccer, table tennis, darts and a bar - in short, everything to keep the young ones entertained, or even to make the older ones fall back into childhood.

Outdoor space :

The outdoor area is equipped with a small terrace with 2 deckchairs, for relaxing in smaller groups. There's also a second, larger terrace with outdoor furniture, surrounded by a magnificent garden with various play areas for children (trampoline, slide, etc.).

A wide choice of hiking trails surround this peaceful location.
But also, 8.5km away is the beautiful region of Wiltz, where you can discover various museums on the art of brewing and tanning, the Battle of the Bulge, etc., as well as Wiltz castle, gardens and much more. Other touristic towns such as Clervaux or Bastogne are about 15 minutes away from the house.
The house is not far from the Obersauer nature park and only a few minutes from the shopping centre in Pommerloch.
