You walk out of Gilsdorf, along fields and up to a breathtaking view over the village, through the beech forest and then suddenly you are in the middle of the Schoofsbësch quarry. This hidden place, surrounded by the forest, invites you to discover and linger, offering you the perfect place for a picnic before you continue the hike.
